SIZING [Contents]

Sizing for Clothing include a Horus & Isis Company Standard Size (Medium), depending upon the Item. Sizes 1X and larger require an Additional Charge as a Custom Order. Please refer to our Size Chart. Bra & Belt Sets and Costumes are made by Specific Measurements. Hip Belts, Scarves, and Veils are Standard Sizes. The Horus & Isis Company offers Custom Ordering that includes Custom Designing, Speciality Orders, and Full-Figured/Plus Sizes (to 5X). Custom Designing is one of our Specialties. A Price Quotation is provided based upon the Requested Item(s), Measurements, Specifications, etc.

ORDERING [Contents]

Orders generally take three (3) weeks to process, prepare, and deliver to the Customer. However, Custom Orders generally take 4-6 weeks depending upon the Item(s), Customization, and the Quantity. Payment must be received in full, in order to proceed with Ordering and Shipping. Please note that any Customer making Payment via Paypal who is requesting an Order sent to a Different Person or Business with the Shipping Address different than the Customer Account Name and Address on their Paypal Account must make Payment by Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer ONLY. We do accept Rush Orders, depending upon our schedule. However, there is an Additional Charge of 20%. Rush Orders are generally processed, prepared, and shipped to arrive within 7-14 days. During Time of Checkout, please be certain to inform us in the "Comments About Your Order" Box that you are requesting a Rush Order or an Order sent to a Different Shipping Address than yours.

RETURNS, REFUNDS, & EXCHANGES [Contents]

No Returns or Exchanges are accepted without Prior Authorization of the HORUS & ISIS COMPANY., namely Kamal Mostafa. Please select your items carefully, as there is a 20% Re-stocking Fee applied to Authorized Exchanges and Refunds. Authorized Exchanges & Refunds must be sent Insured re the Value of the Merchandise. Custom Orders are considered Final Transactions. Returns are limited to Damaged Goods only or Defective Merchandise During Shipment. Notification to the Horus & Isis Company must be immediately upon Receipt of Merchandise. The Horus & Isis Company reserves the right to determine whether or not the Alleged Item will be accepted for Exchange, Credit, or Refund. All Authorized Returned Merchandise must be mailed Insured for the Total Value of the Merchandise with the Tracking Number provided to the Horus & Isis Company.

Costumes are "Customized" according to Specific Measurements, Specifications, and Accessories. There are many considerations and choices available re Style, Design, Colors, etc. Measurements: Bust, Cup Size, Hips, Skirt Length, if applicable. Skirt/Veil, if applicable, Color(s). Skirt Style: 2 or 3 Tiers, Circle, Lace, Lace & Chiffon, Pleated, Stretch Velvet, Lycra. Veil Style: Standard or Half Circle. Veil Design: Beaded or Trimmed Belt Design: Standard or "V" Shape - Downward "V" (in the middle of front & back), Filigree, 1 or 2 Pieces. Bra Strap: Standard Shoulder or "V" (around the neck), or Custom. Bra & Belt Color: Standard Color or Custom ("best color match"See our COLOR CHARTS for material and color names). Fringe Size: 4"/Bra & 8"/Belt = Standard or Fringe Sizes other than Standard. Fringe Style: Standard or Custom Pyramid, V-Set [2, 3, 4, or 5 Pieces], Swag. Fringe Color: 1 Color/Standard or Custom Color(s), Two or More Color Combination, Special Requests. Paillettes: with or without (No Additional Charge). Appliques: Custom (Floral, Leaf with Beads & Sequins, Rhinestones). Accessories to Match Costume: Cape, Crown, Headpiece, Neck Collar, Arm Cuff(s), Leg Cuff(s).
