Sizing for Clothing include a Horus & Isis Company Standard Size (Medium), depending upon the Item. Sizes Large or larger require an Additional Charge as a Custom Order. Please refer to our Size Charts.
Bra & Belt Sets, Costumes, Lycra Dresses, and Stretch Velvet Dresses are made by Specific Measurements and are considered Standard Custom Ordering. Hip Belts, Scarves, Shawls, Beaded Gloves, Isis Wings, Crowns, and Veils are Standard Sizes. However, we offer Custom Sizing & Custom Designing for these Items at an Additional Custom Charge depending upon the Required Size & Specifications.
The Horus & Isis Company offers Custom Ordering that includes Custom Sizing, Custom Designing, Specialty Orders, and Full-Figured/Plus Sizes (to 5X). Custom Sizing & Custom Designing are our Specialties. A Price Quotation is provided based upon the Requested Item(s), Measurements, Specifications, etc.

Orders generally take three (3) weeks to process, prepare, and deliver to the Customer. However, Custom Orders generally take 4-6 weeks depending upon the Item(s), Customization, and the Quantity Ordered. Payment must be received in full in order to proceed with Ordering and Shipment of Merchandise.
When any Customer making Payment via Paypal is requesting an Order be sent to a different Person or a different Business (with the Shipping Address different than the Customer Account Name & Address on their Paypal Account), Payment must be made by Check, Cashiers Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer ONLY. This is without exception.
We do accept Expedited Rush Orders, depending upon our schedule. However, there is an Additional Charge of 20%. Expedited Rush Orders are generally processed, prepared, and shipped to arrive within 7-14 days. During Time of Checkout, please be certain to select the "Expedite Order" Box as your Method of Shipping. When we are not able to accept an Expedited Rush Order, you will be contacted.

No Returns or Exchanges are accepted without Prior Authorization of the HORUS & ISIS COMPANY, namely Kamal Mostafa. Please Select Your Items Carefully, as there is a 20% Re-stocking Fee applied to Authorized Exchanges & Refunds. Please note that Custom Orders are considered Final Transactions.
Returns are limited to Damaged Goods only or Defective Merchandise During Shipment. Notification to the HORUS & ISIS COMPANY must be made immediately upon Receipt of Merchandise. The HORUS & ISIS COMPANY reserves the right to determine whether or not the Alleged Item will be accepted for Exchange, Credit, or Refund.
It is a rare occasion that we are notified of Defective or Faulty Merchandise. However, Photos & Measurements are important, as we need to follow up with our workers when we have been advised of such. Please note that it is a Standard Operating Procedure to email via attachment Photos of any Alleged Faulty Merchandise, as well as Measurements. As soon as we receive the Photos & Measurements, we will review it and contact our workers. After this process, Customer contact is made regarding our Determination.
All Authorized Returned Merchandise must be sent to the Return Address specified by us and sent by What Method of Shipping also determined by us and sent Insured for the Total Value of the Merchandise with the Tracking Number provided to the HORUS & ISIS COMPANY once Shipment has been made. Any Authorized Returned Merchandise not sent as directed by us will be considered a Customer Expense.

Costumes are "Customized" according to Specific Measurements, Specifications, & Accessories. There are many considerations and choices available regarding Style, Design, Colors, etc.
- Measurements: Bust, Cup Size, Waist, Hips; Dress, Harem Pants, or Skirt Length, if applicable.
- Skirt/Veil, if applicable, Color(s).
- Skirt Style: 2 or 3 Tiers, Circle, Double Circle, Crocheted, Beaded Lace, Pleated, Lycra, or Stretch Velvet.
- Veil Style: Standard or Half Circle.
- Veil Design: Beaded, Trimmed, or with Ribbon.
- Belt Design: Standard or "V" Shape - Downward "V" (in the middle of front & back), 1 or 2 Pieces.
- Bra Strap: Standard Shoulder or "V" (around the neck), or Double Straps.
- Bra & Belt Color: Solid Color or Design. See our COLOR CHARTS for Material and Colors).
- Fringe Size: 4"/Bra & 8"/Belt = Standard or Custom.
- Fringe Style: Standard or Custom: Pyramid, V-Set [2, 3, 4, or 5 Pieces], Swag, Horus & Isis Swag.
- Fringe Color: 1 Color/Standard or Two or More Color Combination, or Special Requests.
- Paillettes: with or without (No Additional Charge).
- Appliqués: Custom (Flower, Leaf with Beads & Sequins, and/or Rhinestones).
Accessories to Match Costume: Custom Appliqués, Crown, Headpiece, Neck Collar, Arm Cuff(s), Leg Cuff(s), Beaded Gloves.

There are no "fixed" Shipping Charges. Shipping Charges are tiered and calculated by the Volume of the Order, by the Delivery Address (Location of where the Order is being sent), and by the Method of Shipping. The Shipping Charges along with a Description are included at the first step of Checkout & finalized prior to the last step of Checkout. Shipping is done from either or both offices in Tucson, Arizona and Cairo, Egypt.
Shipping from Arizona is generally sent via UPS or USPS and from Egypt by Regular or Express Mail (EMS ). Shipping Charges are Paid by the Customer. Any possibly incurred Import Duties and/or Tariffs are the Sole Responsibility of the Customer only.
Please note that although the Domestic and International Shipping Charges have increased last year and this year, we have not yet increased our Shipping Charges.
